Refund/Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted as long as the shipping label is covered by the customer or the label price will be deducted from the refund. A refund label will be emailed to you when requested by emailing akonoapparel@gmail.com, once the product is received back to the warehouse please allow 1-5 days processing time to process your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges are available as long as the shipping label is covered by the customer, otherwise, a refund minus the shipping label cost will be issued once the product is returned and you will be able to purchase the correct size for the original purchase you paid (ex. if you paid a pre-order price of $10 and the price now is $15 you will only pay the $10)
Manufacturing Defect and or Wrong Size is sent, you are able to send it back to us FREE of charge and replace it if we are able to exchange it for available stock, otherwise, a refund will be issued.
